It was quite obvious that no one was going forward with the Johnson/Lett proposal as presented. Kemp can hardly claim much credit for that decision. One of the problems with Kemp, however, was his apparent lack of negotiating skills (that is, if he really wanted to continue pursuing the Johnson process -- his last plan manifested a desire to abandon even FL). Rumor has it that he continuously alienated Johnson to the point that the latter was ready to give up on Naxos. There are additional rumors regarding Kemp's so-called management that I wont get into. Whether or not the rumors are true, I don't know. But as I previously said, hopefully we will find out more about the Kemp legacy soon.

Regarding my position on the Johnson/Lett proposal, you brought it up without properly researching it. I'm sure you can do your own homework on it.
