Status buyback 350K - 48hr. restriction from yesterday. Sales force - hiring add'l 10-20, total 100. Operating expenses down sequentially, slight increase in sales & marketing. Revenues 3rd 1/4 seasonably low, 4th high - return to profitability 2nd '99. Higher overall gross margins, content providers, international and domestic.
