re: intervention in Free markets(?)
when the market has become corrupted it is no longer free. The government "intervention I would seek into the gold market, would be to remove(and punish) the past interventions and manipulations and only return it to a free state!
A valid reason for any government to exist is to protect the common person from market manipulations by outside sources. Wars have been fought over this and less! Alex, write, email, FAX, Call your elected officials. Make them aware of this manipulation of the price of gold.
Do not allow me to be the one voice asking for justice.

<<healthcare and education <<

Our governments got us into those messes too-- especially yours and health care. We almost went down that slippery path.

You see-- just MORE gov't intervention to save what they screwed up in the first place.

(I bet there is a Libertarian Party in Canookland. There is one here in Costa Rica.

Libertarian thinking is not American-- it is basic and belongs to the world. Actually-- it is based upon Free Will which comes to us from the Bible... )
