Dick Tracy ... that was the fictitious name given to the secret affair between Dick Nixon and Tracy Ulman. That's how the Secret Service Men referred to it during Dick's administration.

The whole sordid affair was kept silent. Even by the network newsmen of the time. Newsmen like Walter Klondike. The great grandson of the guy who invented that neat ice cream bar. Walter's famous line ... "Everythings the same, except you be there".
