It would help to steady nerves a little because I have more faith in the ability of the founders than in the rest of the present mismanagement team put together. I do not think you or I have tried catching this falling knife yet.......even though we did talk about it after the previous big drop.

Despite increasing competition JDA still has the best product out there. Y2K slowdown agreed.

I believe that a "freeze" in enterprise hardware and software purchases next year after companies get a handle on their Y2K problem will send the US economy into a recession next year. All these ERP vendors are going to get cheaper. We will have a "once in a lifetime" opportunity, probably just after the first quarter in the year 2000 to add the SAP, PSFT, JDEC and JDA to our portfolios.

I agree that "patience" will be rewarded in ERP software. we have not seen the bottom yet!
