Eaglecrest Explorations Ltd - Private placement repriced Eaglecrest Explorations Ltd EEL Shares issued 14,923,922 1998-10-20 close $0.13 Wednesday Oct 21 1998 Mr. Gary Cope reports The company is repricing its previously announced private placement of units from 25 cents to 15 cents. Each unit consists of one share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at 25 cents in the first four months after issue and at 30 cents in the next eight months. The warrant terms have not been amended. The company is increasing the size of the private placement to six million units from 3,691,907 units. The company is working to secure additional financing on the same terms with European investors.
