Dell agreement was known this morning. What the hell happened at 3pm EST that pumped the market and caused about 90% of today's NCDI shares to be traded in 20 minutes?

As I postulated on the Yahoo thread, the one week delay in earnings was probably related to finalizing a deal. Well, we've had one announcement each day this week heading towards earnings statement tomorrow. What are the chances of another announcement tomorrow morning?

Also, the new ThinSTAR software is slated for release Nov. 13...the Friday before Comdex. Comdex would seem to be a probable target date for availability of ThinSTAR 300.
