I agree about the card reader -- seems like a natural peripheral to be bundled w/ machines over the next five or so years (along w/ some biometric ID device to replace logins/passwords). Question for you -- w/ the DigiCash pilot -- does cash remain "anonymous," or is it tracable to the the user? Big drawback, IMO, is consumers wondering if everytime they buy groceries, newspapers, Playboy, etc., if someone's pulling together a consumer profile on them for marketing and direct mail... RK
