looks like jpbrody nailed it as to the amendment situation. Ericy still wants to litigate. Too bad I haven't the time to go read the case jacket to find out who is telling the truth.

As usual there's a fishy smell about.

Why would QCOM be so dumb as to prematurely announce victory over ERICY on this Texas patent case when even members of this thread who are not participants were able to predict that ERICY was moving to "strengthen its IS95 patents" ?
