Freddie,

I have also spoken to Randy (agree with your assessment) and am willing to give him a chance. You have (in the past) been VERY critical when criticism as well deserved. I (for one) greatly appreciate your efforts.

Unfortunately, the stock price suffers as there are VERY large legal questions out there due to past actions of officers of the company.

good luck to all, later, leroyt

FF: Keep up the fantastic, diligent work.

I've always had a rule of thumb, that when a new guy steps into management, he has a 6 month "honeymoon". During that period, he probably is learning the ropes and dealing with the stuff others left him. After that, he has to demonstrate what he is worth. He has had a chance to "influence" the organization and it is his mark on things after that period.

There is still a lot of damage control, and no constructive conference calls yet. They should have identified their problems by now so it is time for the lead players to step forward and lay out where things are and some semblance of a plan. The '98, 3-quarter financials will go a long way to this end, if there is enough detail.

So, the comments are not reflective of you, or your efforts and interest. You seem to be presenting from a solid base, and are contributing "above and beyond" the call. If everyone pestered management, the info. pipe would shut down, so discretion on the part of many is in order. Nevertheless, its time for Randy to step forward, and lay it out first hand, even if it is a soliloquy.

Freddie, there are many blood-sucking slugs on this board who are not in famh. They say they were, and that they lost $. (maybe, maybe not.)

And now they want to slander the co, repeat negative hype ad nauseum, and try to bring the co into receivership and its principles into prison.

They do not care about current shareholders, although they claim they wish no harm on current shareholders. They just want "revenge."

Posting facts about the co only brings one a slew of ridicule and derision from the slugs. They are dingos who would prey on any glimmer of positive news.

When famh was at $0.50, .60, or .65, do you recall any of these "contributors" posting around here? NO. But now, with the dirty laundry out to air, the scum has really floated to the surface. It figures.

Victor

Yeah, Freddie every one of these frggin stupid idiots are going to make a million bucks off some c-a lawsuit against famh, every 900 of them are going to get their $200,000 back. Even though they don't know the difference between civil and criminal; they all seem to think that Arif will go to jail as a result of their c-a shareholder suit.

Watch some Long island lawyer half as slick as Ira come along and eat their lunch. It will happen. These wimps make me sick.
