No, but now that you mention it, people are scared of both my places. Hmmmmm. No, that was the one where the cat died, uh the cat I was talking about the other day, wait, I'll see if I can find it.

It's a big, tall, kind of scary, could be made scarier, high pitch roof 1920? Big porches; windows up high. Not Victorian, but gables of those overlapped shingles I forget the freaking architectural term for and that really pisses me off. What good does it DO to learn, if you can't remember? It means scale-like, and applies to tiles mainly. Poop. I sound educated. Grrr.

Apparently some of the adults also influenced that generation of neighborhood kids with the story ("You come straight on home past that Walker House.") But I've noticed it needs some reinforcing lately. Some kids hadn't even heard of it.
