gdichaz: I see my use of 'figure head' caused you some distress. He still is the top man, he still makes decisions. My point is that he makes the big steering choices - go there, wouldnt it be grand if... He is not, should not, can not make the multitude of minor day- to-day decisions that keep the ship on course. There are many very competent people who support the ideas and strategies he has developed over the years. Many of those planes have been worked out in detail and are set in motion, and remain in motion without his constant input. Hope this makes my point somewhat clearer. Jeff Vayda
