I should qualify something, by inside information, last post, I mean funny stories with respect to the main players. So there we were Me, Dave and Jim heading out to meet the Hillbilly's in Nelson B.C. This property was going to be the major transaction for RIO and all the claims were in a complete and total mess. My job was to be the man of reason and calm and try and get the Hillybilly's to like me because they hated the Calgary people so much. It did not help when Dave got up halfway through one of the meetings and declared he was an exploitationist. In the end the Nelson property did not cut it because of past bitter feelings and mistrust. There was a story told me that one of the Hillbilly's had been used as a front for offshore money from a previous partner of the JV to the tune of over $1,000,000.00 Interesting prospectors, they really had something and optioned the ground to G. Robson in Vancouver, I think they will find something. My next installment is "Dave parties down in New York" in the financial district. over and out - aj
