JP- Like when Clinton saga was going on I was very clear from day one this inquisitions and double standards just would not do, this is what I called 'Spanish inquisitions' and I also nailed it that this is not going to be appealing to US public, if we look back minus whatever Congress did on impeachment proceedings the public opinion remains solidly against this whole witch hunt, this can easily dismissed as 'rainbow coalition' but I know one thing life-monotonous self-righteous coalitions of right are worst conglomerates.I don't care if he is impeached or not Clinton is not someone that I will like to spend an evening with but I do care that I have no bussiness interfering in adults life, I do care who is throwing the stone, in name of perjury to self indict is not my kind of justice..

New born Bible carrying Christians, Koran waving Muslims fanatics who provoke human hatred in my opinion are shaven and clean faces of ugly streak of self righteousness as such one common element they all have is 'hatred for success' and hatred for development associated with disdain for innovation, 'mediocrity gangs up against talent', here I look at Gates or Jack Welch of GE or IBM's Louis Getrstner, within each big corporate or idea seeds of self destruction one way or the other get implanted big blue knows it well so has MSFT the natural course of events destroys the very strengths huge corporate are built on so DOJ needs not to do anything if MSFT is too big like any other huge thing the seeds of self destruction will set things right like we saw in Russia without firing a single missile, things could have gotten right after 'Bays of Pig ' with a shoot out and few million dead but when you intelligently leave the course of nature to dictate things everything falls in place.. I look at INTC's Andy in total awe, great characters, I just like to learn the way they operate, others like Netscape and other minnows want to dislodge these big giants by default, I am against government intervention in invention ( except in HK and Fed cut of rates gg), MSFT is here not because of QWERTY and VHS induced mass popularity as reported in WSJ it is here for its quality and popularity, Lotus 123 or was just not good enough, MSFT taught me with their mice to learn to write on key board and get off the initial problems of coming near to the computer. .MSFT failed to dislodge Quickens Financial suite because MSFT's was a inferior product again picking this argument from WSJ article, so penalizing competence and expertise is not going to aid anyone I would think that Justice department will lose this case as this is mediocrity, DOJ average middle class bureaucracy ganging up against up against talent I can see it, people get jealous of Gates and call him names but in my opinion the man delivers and that matters to me.. My predictions are so close to truth that some time I thing I will be wrong big time but this is the only time I fear I may not be wrong I don't ever care about my losses but rather the stabbing of talent- Brutussses like Netscapes and others lunging forward to thrust their failures on tip of long knives in Gates back- it is shameful and banal scene- go back and sell your browsers man the market is not a court room to settle your browser failure....
