So we have yet another elusive answer to a relatively straightforward line of questions:

1 -- Where did they get the $3M from if not from sales of convertibles?
2 -- Did they sell any more convertibles other than the 200,000 (along with 200,000 warrants) ?
3 -- WHY IS IT SO TOUGH TO GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER TO THESE QUESTIONS ?????
