I didn't say what the thing was based on. It is a dark secret. Last person I inadvertantly told I threw screaming down the stairs of hades where my compooter lab-y-rinth resides by the River X-Sticks.. Display postscript is close. But I think it would be better writ in a coffee oriented langauge. One of the orginal perps of caffeine based softwear, Bob Duckworth was in on it in the beginning. Let me know of you find that web site. EC<:-}

This reply is coming to you in netscape 4.07 under slackware linux 1996 with a 2.027 kernel upgrade. The monitor is fixed frequency and running on XF86_SVGA in 256 colours. Not bad. I might use communicator for mail. The interface is a tad slack. It seems solid but things like font size and the like could use improvement here. I guess I can teak it but some paramters are admittedly weak. My text window is tiny. Ah well at least it works and dip ppp problems are a thing of the past. Now to get fetchmail working etc etc.... step by tiny step the crumbling empire erodes. But ohhh the pain....
