"The number of six- and seven-figure transactions closed in the third quarter rose 43 percent".... Percentages tell you everything. This means that there were 7 in the quarter ended June 98, and 10 in the quarter ended Sep 1998.

A quick glance at some enterprise competition:

"The company won four major contracts in the £1m region and 13 contracts in the $250,000-$1m bracket."
