Here's my thoughts: Since Frank Salerno has left they've been a state of.....? Time's ticking and they need to line up financing, but they don't want to play with Yorkton, or maybe those who may finance don't want to play with Yorkton. Either way things have to be moved around and deals done before the end of November. Who has time to do a press release? And why get the stock up before the finance deal? The financing also depends on the 3-d seismic as the clincher. Notice how today the last bid/ask was 20,000 and 1500. somebody wants it but they want it cheap. BTW, do you have anyway to track market depth? something is brewing. Question is can they do the deal before the end of next month and will it dilute us more?
