A company cannot buy back stock during the quiet period. I have heard that they will start buying back stock tomorrow, so be careful. I think we are close to a bottom. If you look at Ionay sales which were 22 million for the quarter, and compare them to Inpr's sales in the same area which were roughly 10 million, the Visibroker part of the business is worth almost 200 million by itself if you base it on the value of Ionay. Add almost 100 million in cash, the value of the chateau in Scotts Valley, and J builder, the Application server, and all the other mature products, and I think that INPR is worth more than it is priced today.

That is not to say that this quarter did not suck, and a greedy m--ther-f--cker like Del Yocum does not deserve to suffer major pain. To think that he gave himself a raise and then missed the quarter. What a jerk.

I think one has to trust that a selfish bastard like Del will make himself, and all shareholders, some money over the next year.
