Perhaps this might help Benji. I have the impression that there were 40 ISP licences issued in Indonesia. Due to the recent economic turmoil only 18 of these are still operational.. And that DGIV was the first foreign Co. to be 100% owner of a ISP licence (and perhaps the only one at present).

Benji, is there a link for this info? I know LE mentioned this while arguing that there were more than 15 ISP's. Just curious as to how this number was obtained and/or verified. Thanks
