Not answering for AG, but ENVY has run up to a resistance point after a significant runup. On a technical basis, this would be a good entry point for a short...assuming it doesn't break through the resistance. Tom

ENVY aggressively wrote off acquired in process R & D and then has been using it. It is a systemic problem similar to Cendant et al. As well they have lost several contacts and have not owned up to it yet. Competition coming on very strong. Management has corned themselves against the SEC and guess who wins. When that happens they will have negative earning for 1997 and crappy ones for 98. As well mgmt. very shifty and has many more smaller things to face up to.
