Ken you are teaching me,the filling of gaps is fascinating, something I am now really just getting the hang of---regards FA,I am scratching up
some clues---one is the company now has a turnaround team in their employ, and something about a new "hot" product supposedly in the pipeline--but NOT yet confirmed!(by me that is) Also a big competitor of there's is
supposed to be going under--but this is ALL just preliminary data collected- will keep digging--Good luck,Max

Max,

Just a short take on the FA for DMIC......YUK! The only bright point I can see is that they lost only half as much money this, just reported, Q as they did for the end of June. Lost 14MM for the Q ended June on smaller rev's. Q ended Sept. smaller rev's again with only 7MM lost. Compared to the sector they are near the bottom of performance for the entire sector and of course blame Asia.

The move today looks to be, if nothing else some short covering due to all of the comments about money moving back to the small caps, even this one. They have no real debt, but no cash either so I would not expect a buyout target, book, ROE, ROA, gross margin, net margin all down....I see nothing to prop this thing up if you get stuck in a hold mode.

Ken

Another possibility Ken,which one must always consider---the possibility that DMIC is a Pump and Dump---there may be cold calling campaign going on----this is something to be wary of---Max
