I agree. The market has already factored in a decline in earnings. If you look at the chart, the stock is off nearly 70% since February. The interesting thing is that they beat estimates.

If you look at the last few days, the stock was up almost two points. I had attributed this to the news of Ely Calloway returning to the helm, and I am sure that remains part of it. However, it also seems to me to be a classic case of "buy on rumor, sell on news."

I think that things have hit bottom, barring any unforeseen economic downturn. And long term, if Calloway can do for the golf ball what it has done for the golf club, the world will beat a path to their door...
