Depends on how you count the Amish and Quakers. I say they are conservatives.

Other than that, you have the American Bund, very popular and influential in the MidWest, who were pro-Germany. And the conservatives who voted to stay out of the war and to deprive England of needed war materiel.

It was the liberals who invented and passed Lend-Lease, because at that point they couldn't overrule the conservatives and directly help England and France. Conservative opposition to entering the war on the side of the Allies ended with Pearl Harbor.

Substantial portions of the right actually wanted to support Germany and Italy in the late 30's.
