Is Michael Dell's appearance tonight on CNN/Fortune a repeat or a follow up interview. If someone could let me know, I can make a decision on when to go to bed. Much appreciated for any response.

A,

>>Now someone prove me wrong???,and tell me why DELL won't SPLIT next year???<<

You miss the point, IMHO. It is my understanding that DELL will split when certain criteria is met, whether this year or next, or the following. At the last stockholders meeting, enough stock was voted for 2 splits, of which 1 has already occurred, which means that there does not to have any more authorization required.

Now, I don't know about the other 'crystal balls' on this thread, but mine goes a little dim when I try to push the limits of splitting. It is surely the desire of the DELL shareholders for another split, sooner rather than later! But isn't that the desire of all stockholders of all stocks? I would like to see the stock split when the business fundamentals indicate that the time has occurred, and I am sure that, as in the past, the split will occur Exactly on Schedule!

Regards,

Ken
