Tony,

Found the auto-hide, but that does not help. I am thinking it has to do with Netscape maybe.

All the auto-hide does is hide the bar, and when the cursor is brought down to that area the bar appears, but thats only with the MS screens not the Netscape screen.

Im a darn IDIOT.
