Ah,Sergio,you just beat me,was just now going to post the smart money link---Kerschner I see gives a 10 dollar price---so we can now erase most any suspicion of any pump and dump. Found somebody on another thread who acted on the smartmoney article and is making out real well on DMIC-- Did Max get his new sneakers? Good luck,Max

Sergio, Further on PTEC Oct 19th filing with SEC...Intel now holds an 8.8 percent stake in PTEC with warrants excercisable to increase that stake over the future. hmmmmmm Only thing I saw that I did not like too much was the issuance of additional 60MM shares at the last shareholders meeting, some of which I would imagine were used for the Sand aquisition (700,000), however, with a 41 percent growth rate projected for next year......I like it....Now to the TA! <ggggggg> You are too quick for me and Max90 on the take over rumor!
