I'm in no rush to cover. I believe this is a concerted effort to jack up the price prior to the loss announcement for this quarter. There is enough short interest to generate a lot of volume from any real attempt to crank the price a bit. There are a lot of people waiting to unload shares and I predict that the quarterly report will be the usual-no profits, no big $$$ contracts and long on hype for the ZITL matridigm merger. I predict stock will hit a new 52 week low within a week after earnings are announced.

Best Wishes,

Timoteo

Michael,

>> I will short Zit thur my Schwab or Fidelity accounts.>>

I'm short ZITL, CCSI & ENML through Schwab. All seem to have risen due to buyins. Have there been any reports of forced buyins through Schwab? Hate to be forced to buyin at these inflated levels.

Michael, you should look around. Don't know if some brokers have different 'house rules'. I do know that many brokerages here in Canada have $3 as a 'marginable' and therefore 'shortable' level for many issues.
