They also said that they had bought back about 850,000 shares at about $13.25 and they have up to another 1.1mm to come based on mkt conditions and price. They thought that the $13.25 was "an outstanding investment" -their words. --- In my view, with the options now priced above the mkt, we may well soon see some insider open mkt purchases as well. If bought by Oct 31 they must be disclosed by Nov 10.My 2c
