TRAV the evile Colorado OtC BB Bonanza King plays this kind of stock. I traded lower because as TRAV says:"we don't want them to be able to short at a high price" and then marks it at the end of the day. The Company is indeed in Moldavia (I wonder if LTCM was long their Bonds and short US T bonds?)

It's got more to do with the BD then the stock. Auric mentioned it as a POS along with
WILCF a few months back
