I heard one analyst say it is the best IPO since Lucent came out-- Conoco,is one I would go for only as BUY and put under lock and key-- I just hope it does not do a rocket ship at the open,like with the internet stocks---what do you think if I were to sell my JPM for CONOCO--as a longterm hold trade off? Will it be paying a dividend of signicance--the one reason when ever I think of dumping my JPM I think of its excellent yield and I change my mind and hold it.Max

Sergio - I don't know what's up with KCAP but this one keeps on going. .25-.50 per day (.60 - $4.60 in a few months). Every day 300,000+ volume. Anyone with Level II shows the MM's seems that they can't get shares fast enough.....any thoughts? Richard
