Francois, I agree with your opinion concerning the double bottom. From a TA stand point I see little if any reason for any further significant drops. Fund managers are looking for value and this sector IMO is still dramatically under priced. The drillers may have seen a sharp decline in earnings growth but the bottom line is that they are still generating earnings which are significant. The price of oil will fluctuate but the amount of crude still in the ground will only decrease with each passing day.
