I think that the SI people have it together quite well, and are waiting because of the 10-21 spinoff date to adjust their numbers. I do not believe though, that the CSMA management knows how many people are watching, because the outcome of this one transaction will determine the fate of this company due to the history. If this does not come off as stated, and to its fruition, the Feds will step in immediately, and do the freeze deal. In reality, that is what needs to happen.
