Look the mine and mill HAVE to be worth more than 20 million US which is all KRY has. I would estimate the cost is about 70 million. I may be very, very wrong about the cost, but trust me Marc Oppenheimer IS talking to banks about funding the deal. And they are bitchin about the price of gold. He is probably arranging a gold loan. I don't think they are going to throw the whole bundle of cash at the one mine. They need operating cap for Albino and acquisition capital for other areas. I would not be surprised to see Albino abandoned, as the Venezeulan joke is now over ten years old and NOBODY but a few of the more marginal mines ever got going. The Venezuelans are just crooked and corrupt dope pedlars they are the MOST crooked and corrupt dope pedlars around. They avoid getting killed like the Columbians because they avoid trying to stop the dope pedaling. They ARE the dope pedlars.

Too bad. You couldn't drag me into Venezuela for a trillion pesetas. I think the president now is very good and some of the Supreme court has balls but in the end they gave into fear. They knew they just could not fight the drugs and guns.

There is a way. But blood would have to be shed over a wide area. Perhaps Peru's technique of wholesale roundups is the only technique that works. They do know who is corrupt. If they know then there is evidence. It is either that or Cocaine rules the country.

On the Waterfront.
