This company has too much potential and I cannot stand by and watch it go down the tubes. My group are not rich by any means.We are hard working and can't afford to lose this money.I was also lied too about dilution being over,financing that hasn't come and other deals that have not come to fruitation.I have given this company more support than anyone I have fought and argued for these guys. But I have come to realize we can't go on like this. I truly believe it's over for current Managmt. If Rene loses he should make sure the transition of the new Managmt. goes smoothly. We cannot take away the fact that this man was the one that started this company and developed the plants. I still believe he should be kept on as a consultant of some sort. Whatever happens we as shareholders must make sure Managmt. is held accountable for their actions.And we must realize there is a lot of work ahead to get things back to where they should be. Do not think this will happen overnight this is a deep hole were in. It will take time and we must be patient. Tom G
