Dorine,

Sorry about the confusion.

Dell reversed its Relative Strength chart into O's yesterday. What this means it is under performing the market. I don't know how much you know about P&F TA so I'm giving you the overview here.

When a stock reverses into O's or is in O's on its RS chart, we watch it carefully and any signs of breaking down we take action according to our investment plan. Whether that be covering, selling or buying puts for protection. Again, you need to watch the stock to see if it breaks down. Right now, Dell is holding up on its chart. I have it in my portfolio so I will for sure be watching it.
