nothing is going to happen to the stock if it does not get bought...only minor shaking here and there. I believe that mm activity lately has shown that they know of a pending news, so they will be loading up and if that means bringing the price down for a short while they will do it. again if it does not happen tomorrow, it will happen on another day shortly and with my luck on the day when i get impatient and frustrated enough to sell it...i suggest hang in tight, this is an undervalued stock with a very strong growth potential and it will see 20s even without a takeover.
