well from Tom Dorsey's book on relative strength :

changes in columns are very important and in fact more
important than changes in buy or sell signals because of the longevity of the chart.

so what are you seeing in the P&F chart that makes you feel it looks pretty decent......even with this relative strength change

oh sorry talking about dell

Stocks reversing to O's on their RS chart.

Much discussion on Dell already and they are one of three biggies that reversed today/yesterday.

Dell. RS O's and on a buy. Above trend line. First sign of trouble at 52 then 50.
MRK. RS O's and on a buy. Above trend line. Stop of 120 which would be a triple bottom and violation of the bullish support line.
MSFT. RS O's and on a buy. Above trend line. First sign of trouble at 99 then 95.

Keep and eye on them.
