Bert, I agree. Somebody knows something. So far it seems good. I may be forced to take some (dare I say) profits off the table. That last comment feels kind of foreign, considering the general condition of this sector. You have a good point about why MIQ didn't move. Could it be that BX may have finally inked their part of the POD. It seems to me they never settled, or at least published the details that resulted in 25% of POD. In theory they should still owe $150K to complete the original deal (pro-rated from 50% down to 25% of POD). This is the part I hope is settled. Take care joe
