It is both and all of us. It is a vast conspiracy network to attack PVN a great but hugely overvalued credit card machine wherein crude petroleum and mailing lists are fed into a Rube Goldberg machine which mails our pre-approved credit cards. Bad in a recession. Vapor in a deflationary downspin.
