Ten, the K6-300 mobile chip is SPECIFIED to run at lower voltages. No reliability problem. All I'm saying with regard to the K6-2 is that a K6-2-350 has to run at 350 MHz with a Vcc from 2.1 to 2.3, so I would definitely pick the lower voltage and save a little power.
