Yep, below the wisper number which were floating between .43 to .47. Covered my short puts which equals to being long. Also the accounting is very fancy <gggg> In my book if you overpay for a business, you overpay. period. All those adjustment of goodwill into R&D expenses is a nice trick which does not work for IRS purposes. In a way it reminds me of CA accounting, another high flier fallen from grace. Another disturbing event which the street did not even noticed is the Winstar deal. Oh well to push $2 billion in telecom equipment you actually are a partner in a operation which will be cash flow positive "hopefully" in year 2001 Profits who care about profits <gggg> Those are my 2 cents. Actually I discussed the Lucent deal with an $2.5 billion overseas telephone company today, and I think we are going to offer Lucent a Sale Lease back deal for their equipment, if they want to sell. It is competitive out there. Nortel will bite (I think) Telecom equipment start to be a NO MONEY DOWN type of business, like car dealers <ggg> BWDIK Haim
