So does MDIN know who staggerlee is? Has SI forked over the name.

Frankly, I think the suit is stupid-its not like the guy was
extrodinarily malicious or caused
any real damage, he made one unfortunate post and
quickly retracted it... anyone who had done the least amount
of due diligence would know that he assertion was totally false

ie., that mdin was an internet scam...

IMO: It's just something to cause more bandwith, yet if the person or persons behind

the tape were to be of a large firm who was trying to dump on our investment

I will go on record to ah, say, this early a.m.

GO GET THERE POUND OF FLESH, FROM THE AREA AROUND THE HEART!!!

Things sure are different for you folks that live south of the border, you guys can sue for just about anything. Personally, I invested in an exploratory mining company, and if they ever decide to pursue Santiago with the same vigor as their various lawsuits, we would likely be in production before the new year.

Three other companies were named in the unsealed indictments: Medinah Minerals Inc., a Lake Elsinore, Calif., mining company, whose chief executive, Les Price, was indicted on charges of wire and securities fraud and money laundering;

Are you going to help pay a portion of their fines? ROFL!!

It seems the twit(Staggerlee) told me that MDIN was scam/shell etc. so MDIN is suing him for making the derogatory comments. I wonder if I will collect a portion on the damages? :-)

Now be a man if you can and apologize to both the suckers who believed you and the scambusters you attacked.
