I think you have raised good points, MSFT has lock on the market but one only locks the market share in absence of equally good product, Macintosh have lot of commited followers but by acting monopolisitic they created MSFT, I would still think that market forces and size will bring MSFT down sooner or later it is not DOJ job to stream line market share of the competitors. Coke formula is one example, many a companies in soft drink sector will like to break this secret formula should DOJ interfere to make this secret a open formula so that everyone else benefits, proprietry ownership is the bedrock on which free makrets are based you challenge that base, it will virtually end the fine balance of winning market share through innovation and ingenuity. In my opinion only an equally good product will break this monopoly called MSFT, we will have it soon as I have very clearly indicated in my post every big idea contains seeds of self destruction, forces of market and nature are the best regulation.. Thanks and great attractive name. Karun
