GV, your comments are objective and worth noting. Hallman probably brings a breadth of professionalism to PRST in terms of communication with shareholders (ie the public investor), which he would have learned at Kodak. It is difficult to present dissapointing information, none the less it does need be dealt with, and PRST is demonstrating this in a responsible way. In hingdsight reviewing Howards and Verrando's problems with this resulting in their SEC fines their is simply no way to reverse mistakes of the past. Unlike junk companies, PRST does have a niche, along with some problems. A business like PRST's can certianly be good (growth market), however the road is littered with companies that were early with great ideas that fumbled in execution (Apple). It will be interesting to follow PRST and see how they do in the future.
