I'm not sure on the timing of things, but I know last time Intuit was selling CKFR shares on the open market, it caused a steep decline(April 97') in the price. (They were selling to get under the 20% change that was implemented in 1996). Maybe CheckFree has already thought of this, I tend to be slow at times.
