WW, the reason I bitch is because I have found that things get done as a result. I am not sure it will work here because the problem is quite obvious here - ACTV is not in control. They are being held hostage by all of their "partners." Maybe it's the partners' intention to just continue this until ACTV is so weak that they will be willing to sell at any price to any bidder. Every day the market cap deteriorates and it appears we are no closer to actually launching the product. If they need somebody to flip a switch I'll volunteer.
