It's more likely that Intel insists on keeping things quiet. The release
they agreed to was very low key............

It would be unusual to see the terms of a contract. They did tell us what it is initially worth, if I remember correctly. When a smaller company is dealing with a larger company, it is wise to be quiet and let the larger company take the lead in announcements. In addition, it usually is not in one's best interests to let the competition know everything you are doing.
What is unusual, from my experience, is the inclusion with the XXXing/.I have seen it, but not often. I would suppose that is just to show us the contract exists, and to build shareholder confidence.
Just some thoughts, hope it helps. Best, Savant
