Metastock According to the technical analysis performed by Metastock 6.0, RECY still has four (4) BUY signals on the Momentum Indicators. They are Schostastics, MACD, relative Strength, and Momentum.

The best way RECY can quiet the shorts and or negative chatpeople is to grow the revenues and earnings... While I think that many chatroom posts are childish, I would not seek any regulation of free speech unless laws are broken... Blackmail would be such an instance where a poster says they will stop the negative posts if they are paid off... In those instances the full weight of the law should weigh on those people... On the bright side RECY is up an 1/8 so far today... This hands the shorts a 12.5% loss if they were foolish enough to short around 1.00... Any smattering of good news should send RECY much higher and those shorts scrambling to cover... Jim
