Erpenbeck Wednesday, Oct 21 1998 9:13PM ET Reply # of 3530 Philip, I have tried to find out as of last week how many shares were outstanding, in the float and issued as well as authorized and I also asked about the 50M shares Spencer told me that he would be retiring. The fact is LTGL would not provide me a response on this issue. Please tell me how many shares are outstanding, issued, authorized, and in the float as of 10/21/98?
